Wide Variety of Loan Options
As a mortgage broker, we have access to hundreds of lenders and loan options to accomidate all buyer types from first time home buyers, move up/down buyers and investors. We offer preferred pricing for A credit borrower and go as low a 580 for challenged borrowers. If we can’t get them done, no one can!
Fully Underwritten Preapprovals
Unlike many mortgage companies, we do not issue automated pre-approvals. We put all borrower through underwriting before issuing a preapprovall (5-7 days) so that the borrower is fully approved and underwritten before starting the home search process. You can rest assure that when we issue a preapproval, your buyer will make it to the closing table!
As mortgage broker working with lenders who are direct Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac lenders, we do not have any commercial bank overlays or red tape. Our underwriting guidelines are much less strict than those of commercial banks which not only allows us to get more of your clients approved but also makes the underwriting process much less burdensome for your clients.
